The present project foresees the construction of a building for a 3 Star Rural Hotel, with a total constructed area of 1,880sqm, based on a land with a total area of 70,620sqm.
Excellent location near the Odeleite Dam where a river beach is built. 18 km from the coast. Great hits. Located on the N122 off the IC27, which allows easy and quick access to Odeleite, Alcoutim, Spain and the coast to the south.
It is distributed in two areas with horizontal accesses and circulation paths. Comprising 27 rooms, complete sanitary facilities and a balcony, with a capacity for 54 fixed beds in total, 3 of which are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The common area consists of the lobby, reception and cloakroom, living area, games room, a dining room with capacity for 50 seats, a set of general sanitary facilities adapted for users with reduced mobility.
The complementary areas consist of a SPA, consisting of a swimming pool with jacuzzi, gym, Turkish bath and sauna. There are also two outdoor swimming pools.
As activities, it is intended to place a playground, bicycles for rent, a tennis court, the creation of a maintenance circuit along the entire area where the enterprise is located and the creation of a recreational lake.
